Rated at 1,000,000+ Scoville units it´s no wonder the word Naga, translates to “cobra snake”. Legend has it in northeastern India the peppers are smeared on fences or used in smoke bombs as a safety precaution to keep wild elephants at a distance.

However we have managed to enchant this cobra by perfecting the art of cultivating and blending to produce a flavorful but supremely hot sauce.

We manufacture two variations of this product; Naga Jolokia hot sauce and Naga Jolokia crushed pepper sauce.
