Scotch Bonnets are the most popular peppers used in Jamaica. These peppers season many different dishes and cuisines worldwide. The Scotch Bonnet pepper has a distinct flavor from its habanero cousin. This gives jerk dishes (pork / chicken) and other Caribbean dishes their unique flavor.

We manufacture two variations of this product: Scotch Bonnet hot sauce and Scotch Bonnet crushed pepper sauce.
