Pineapple Hot Sauce

Costa Rica is one of the world's largest producers of pineapple. With an abundance of fresh pineapple, we have long used the juice as a marinade and a meat tenderizer. We have found that adding hot peppers to the mix really brings the tropical heat to the table.

Imagine biting into a chicken shish kebab coated with our pineapple hot sauce. The sweet taste of freshly picked pineapple and the tingly heat of hot peppers will ignite the senses.
